Als Werkstudent: in im Bereich Retail Growth bist du unser Aushängeschild und treibst das lokale Wachstum direkt an der Basis voran. Deine Aufgaben sind ein Mix aus Hands-on-Operations und proaktiver Kundenakquise:
- Local Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Du bist der Motor für unsere Frequenz im Store! Du gehst charmant und selbstbewusst auf Passanten vor unserem Store zu, machst sie auf unsere Marke aufmerksam und holst sie aktiv auf die Verkaufsfläche.
- Brand Ambassadorship & Sales: Du bist der erste Touchpoint für unsere Kunden. Du berätst sie mit Begeisterung, beantwortest Fragen und schaffst ein Einkaufserlebnis, das im Gedächtnis bleibt.
- Store Operations: Wachstum braucht Struktur. Du unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft, übernimmst den Kassiervorgang und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Waren optimal präsentiert und nachgefüllt sind.
- Growth Insights: Du bist unser Ohr am Markt! Du sammelst direktes Kundenfeedback und teilst deine Erkenntnisse mit dem Team, um unsere lokale Retail-Strategie stetig zu verbessern.
Du hast eine offene, mitreißende Persönlichkeit und absolut keine Scheu, fremde Menschen aktiv anzusprechen . „Hands-on“ ist dein zweiter Vorname – du packst gerne mit an und behältst auch an frequenzstarken Tagen den Überblick. Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert (ideal, aber kein Muss: Studiengänge wie BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation, Retail Management). Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen sind ein großes Plus) und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Promotion, Sales, Gastronomie oder Retail sind super, aber vor allem zählt deine Motivation!
