Wir suchen eine: n motivierte:n Werkstudent:in im Bereich Sales Operations, der:die unser Sales-Team im Hintergrund unterstützt und dafür sorgt, dass unsere Prozesse, Daten und Leadlisten sauber strukturiert und aktuell sind.
Aufgaben
- Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Segmentierung von Leadlisten
- Datenanreicherung und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
- Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres CRM-Systems
- Setup und Tracking von E-Mail- und LinkedIn-Outreach
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Sales-Prozesse
Qualifikation
- Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und findest dich schnell in neue Software ein
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig
- Erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen und Lead-Anreicherung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
