Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – Fokus: B2B & Product Marketing
Aufgaben
- Product Marketing & Kampagnen: Sie entwickeln zielgerichtete B2B-Marketingkampagnen sowie Kommunikationskonzepte für unsere eigenen Softwareprodukte
- Content Creation: Sie bespielen unsere Homepage und die Social-Media-Kanäle mit relevantem, packendem Content
- Grafik- & GUI-Design: Sie gestalten Broschüren, Flyer sowie Präsentationen und bereiten visuelle Screen-Assets sowie Oberflächen-Layouts (z. B. via Figma / Adobe XD) für unsere Software-Entwicklerteams vor
- Web-Performance: Sie pflegen und optimieren unsere WordPress-Homepage und treiben die Effizienzsteigerung durch den Einsatz moderner KI-Tools voran
- Event Management: Sie konzipieren, organisieren und begleiten unsere Messeauftritte (ca. 2–4 Messen pro Jahr) von der ersten Idee bis zur Durchführung vor Ort
Qualifikation
- Fundierte Basis: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft mit Fokus Marketing, Medienwirtschaft, Kommunikationsdesign) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Branchenerfahrung: Relevante Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise direkt in der IT-Branche oder in einem softwaregetriebenen/technischen Umfeld
- Kreativwerkzeuge: Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (insb. Photoshop, InDesign), ein gutes visuelles Gespür für digitale Benutzeroberflächen oder erste Berührungspunkte mit Tools wie Figma/Adobe XD sind ein großes Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Tech- & KI-Mindset: Sie brennen für IT-Themen und haben große Lust darauf, moderne KI-Tools aktiv auszuprobieren und zur Beschleunigung Ihrer täglichen Workflows einzusetzen
- Persönlichkeit: Sie sind kommunikationsstark, organisationsbegeistert und bringen eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit
