Scandinavian home ist ein stark wachsendes E-Commerce-Startup aus Braunschweig. Seit mittlerweile 8 Jahren entwickeln und verkaufen wir Produkte rund um den Bereich Beleuchtung. Aufgaben
Als erfahrener Full-Stack Softwareentwickler wirst du bei uns vor allem unsere interne Softwareplattform aufbauen und weiterentwickeln.
Unser größtes Projekt ist eine zentrale interne Plattform, über die wir langfristig möglichst viele unserer Prozesse abwickeln wollen. Dazu gehören unter anderem Warenwirtschaft, Bestellungen, Importe, Lieferungen sowie Finanz-Controlling und Forecasting. Ein Teil davon besteht bereits als Web-App, andere Bereiche laufen aktuell noch über umfangreiche Google-Sheets-Lösungen.
Uns ist besonders wichtig, moderne Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten konsequent zu nutzen. Du solltest daher auf dem aktuellen Stand bei AI-unterstützter Softwareentwicklung, aktuellen Tools, Frameworks und Entwicklungsumgebungen sein und diese sinnvoll einsetzen, um das Potenzial voll auszuschöpfen.
Neben der zentralen Plattform entstehen bei uns laufend neue Ideen für interne Tools, Automatisierungen und weitere Softwareprojekte. Auch wenn unser Hauptprojekt irgendwann einen guten Stand erreicht hat, wird es bei uns immer neue Softwareprojekte und Themen geben. Die Stelle ist daher langfristig geplant.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unsere zentrale interne Softwareplattform aufbauen und weiterentwickeln
- Warenwirtschaft, Bestellungen, Importe und Lieferungen innerhalb des Systems abbilden
- Finanz-Controlling und Forecasting in die Plattform integrieren
- Datenbanken und Schnittstellen aufbauen und weiterentwickeln
- Interne Prozesse und Abläufe automatisieren
- Neue interne Tools und weitere Softwareprojekte umsetzen
- IT Security bei unseren Systemen berücksichtigen
- Unsere interne IT betreuen, z. B. Device Management und Netzwerk-Setup
Qualifikation
- Ausgiebige Erfahrung in der Full-Stack Softwareentwicklung
- Erfahrung mit Web-Apps und Datenbanken
- Erfahrung mit APIs und Schnittstellen
- Fähigkeit, größere Projekte eigenständig zu strukturieren und umzusetzen
- Sehr selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Verständnis für IT Security
- Interesse an AI-unterstützter Softwareentwicklung und neuen Technologien
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Eigene Motivation, Projekte voranzutreiben und dich fortlaufend weiterzuentwickeln
- Du solltest hohe Standards mitbringen – wir wollen „sehr gut“ noch besser machen
