Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

More about our mission and what we offer.

We're looking for a Hybrid Specialist for Unusual Activity Reporting and Israeli Product Support to join our growing Israel Hybrid Team.

You will optimise and align operational processes, collaborating with Reporting operations, product teams, central quality, and knowledge management. As an individual contributor, you'll impact operational excellence through process standardisation and risk mitigation. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Wise's mission in Israel and grow as a specialist.

Your Mission: Protect our customers and Wise by reporting unusual activity to the Israeli FIU and contributing to the improvement and growth of ILS operations. We seek individuals passionate about financial crime risk who thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer account and payment activity
  • Summarise investigation findings
  • Independently prepare and submit unusual activity reports to the Israeli FIU in Hebrew
  • Communicate with customers to handle escalated or complex cases with strong empathy and clear communication
  • Support ILS operations under the Israeli license by creating and refining operational frameworks
  • Serve as first point of escalation for process-related issues within ILS operations
  • Collaborate with Operations, Knowledge Management, Compliance, and product teams to map processes, identify issues, and develop solutions
  • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships across all organisational levels
  • Develop deep understanding of business models, customer types, country risks, and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies
  • You have proven ability to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
  • You have strong project management skills, from planning to execution and monitoring
  • You have excellent communication skills for articulating process updates to diverse stakeholders
  • You have strong relationship-building skills and experience in cross-team collaboration
  • You have excellent verbal and written English and Hebrew skills (Hebrew minimum C1 level)
  • You are able to work autonomously within well-defined procedures and practices
  • You are capable of handling complex activities with moderate variation and coordinating multiple information sources
  • You are able to identify gaps in policies and processes, providing detailed feedback through established channels

If you're analytical, process-driven, and passionate about financial crime prevention, we want to hear from you by EOD 20th of August!

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders  — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.

Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
