About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Testing / QA Lead to own quality engineering for a high‑scale, low‑latency streaming Customer Data Platform (CDP) running on on‑premise Kubernetes infrastructure. This is a highly technical QA automation role focused on automation, streaming/data validation, performance engineering, resilience, security, governance and auditable test evidence.

- Build and own test automation frameworks
- Strong Python, Java, TypeScript coding skills
- API automation – REST Assured, Karate, pytest, Postman/Newman or Playwright API
- UI automation – Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
- Framework architecture, Page Object Model & parallel execution
- Flaky‑test diagnosis and test isolation
- Performance & load testing – JMeter, k6, Locust or Gatling
- Strong SQL for large‑scale data validation and reconciliation
- ETL, data pipeline & streaming testing
- Kafka / event‑driven system testing
