About The Role:
Are you ready to help build the future of Cresta’s Technical Teams? Do you love shaping and building Talent Acquisition practices while achieving ambitious hiring goals? Cresta is hiring a Global Full Stack Technical Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and inspire future members of Cresta’s team. This role will focus heavily on building our Engineering pipeline to drive Cresta’s product roadmap and future innovation. You will drive the full life-cycle recruiting process while collaborating with the People team and hiring teams to build and improve our Talent Acquisition foundational practices and systems. You’ll work cross-functionally to build a diverse team of talented, driven people who accomplish amazing things together.
This role is based in the greater Toronto, Canada region and is a hybrid arrangement. We are globally distributed and you must be willing to flex across multiple timezones partnering with hiring teams across Canada, California, Germany, Romania and Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Drive global recruiting process for engineering and technical talent, inclusive of campus hiring up through highly experienced engineers
- Own the full cycle recruiting operation, including job promotion, sourcing, outreach, interview operations, and closing
- Deliver innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across geos
- Partner and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive team and direct hiring managers
- Connect with hiring teams to understand talent profiles, share insights on the talent/market landscape, and inform sourcing strategies
- Monitor and maintain the health of our pipelines, and share timely updates with internal stakeholders
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up
- Achieve hiring goals within desired timeframes while maintaining high-quality outcomes
- Continuously identify the opportunities to improve the end-to-end hiring process and execute the improvements with teams and within the system
- Develop and manage engineering event strategy to increase brand awareness and talent pipeline
- Maintain ATS database hygiene, including inbound application review, and provide regular pipeline updates
- Utilize our internal systems to deliver reporting and insights into recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and improve performance
Qualifications we value:
- 5+ years of experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment across various technical roles and experience levels
- Experience in hiring an elite team with a very high bar, and experience in negotiating and closing deals
- Have a strong presence in the local tech talent community and bring talent insights related to the competitive landscape forward
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders while delivering against ambitious hiring goals
- Expertise in building partnerships with hiring managers and taking on a talent advisor role with the ability to influence decisions and outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders and all levels of management
- Optimist and resourceful problem solver, with an ability to adjust strategy and actions in a fast-moving business
- You seek to understand and improve the efficacy of your work and talent processes by analyzing data and identifying and deploying improvements
- Experience using/managing ATS workflows and being vigilant about keeping a clean database. Experience with Greenhouse is a bonus!
- Bachelor's degree and or equivalent years of experience
