Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Effectively manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using a CRM platform.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in sales development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with strong customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to generate sales leads and close deals.

· Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results oriented.
