Aufgaben
- Verwalten von Anfragen von Umzugsunternehmen in unserem System
- Bearbeitung eingehender E-Mails und Anrufe
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Berichten
- Mithilfe bei der Optimierung von Verwaltungsprozessen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Verwaltung oder im Büromanagement ist von Vorteil.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und organisiert zu arbeiten.
- Interesse an der Optimierung von Prozessen - idealerweise mit KI
