Im Vibe Coding Bootcamp lernen Quereinsteiger, mit AI- und No-Code-Tools echte digitale Produkte zu bauen – ohne klassisches Programmieren. Als Mentor bist du die Person, die direkt am Projekt mitdenkt: Du hilfst beim Prompten, Debuggen und Bauen, gibst Feedback und bringst Teilnehmende ins Machen.
Und du selbst bleibst an der Speerspitze: Du arbeitest täglich mit den Tools, die die Branche gerade neu definieren.
Aufgaben
Aufgaben:
- Du betreust die tägliche Projektarbeit und bist erste Anlaufstelle bei Fragen zu AI-Tools, Prompting und No-Code-Bauen
- Du gibst Feedback zu Projekten, Prototypen und Automatisierungen (Make, n8n & Co.)
- Du führst 1:1-Mentorings und Gruppenformate durch
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Top-Trainer:innen aus führenden Tech-Companies (Airbnb, Miro, Shopify, Delivery Hero u.a.) zusammen
- Du entwickelst Lernmaterialien weiter und unterstützt das Curriculum-Team
- Du begleitest die Teilnehmenden durch alle Phasen des Bootcamps
Qualifikation
Qualifikation:
- Du baust selbst mit AI- und No-Code-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Replit, Loveable, Make, n8n) – ob im Job, in eigenen Projekten oder als Freelancer
- Du verstehst Prompting nicht als Buzzword, sondern als Handwerk
- Grundverständnis von Web- und AI-Technologien (klassisches Coding ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss)
- Freude daran, dein Wissen weiterzugeben und Anfängern Dinge einfach zu erklären
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikation
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1)
