Deine Rolle:
Als Mentor: in im AI Software Engineering Bootcamp begleitest du Teilnehmende auf ihrem Weg in die Tech-Branche.
Du bist ihr Sparringspartner, Coach und Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragen – und entwickelst dich dabei in allen modernen Engineering-Tools weiter (Claude Code, Cursor, Open AI/Codex, N8N).
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden bei Fragen zu modernen Web- und AI-Technologien
- Durchführung von 1:1-Mentorings, Gruppenformaten und Code-Reviews
- Feedback zu Projekten, Experimenten und Architekturentscheidungen geben
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Top-Trainer:innen aus führenden Tech-Companies (Airbnb, Miro, Shopify, Atlassian, Delivery Hero u.a.)
- Weiterentwicklung von Lernmaterialien und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung des Curriculums
- Begleitung der Teilnehmenden durch alle Phasen des Bootcamps
Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit modernen Technologien (z. B. JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js)
- Begeisterung für moderne AI Developer Tools
- Freude an Wissensvermittlung, Coaching und Teamarbeit
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Optional: Erfahrung mit Online-Lernplattformen, Cloud-Umgebungen und GitHub
