Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Arbeitsvermittler / Recruiter (m/w/d) auf freiberuflicher Basis zur Unterstützung unseres Teams.
Aufgaben
- Aktive Suche und Gewinnung geeigneter Bewerber über verschiedene Recruiting-Kanäle.
- Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten per Telefon, E-Mail und über Online-Plattformen.
- Durchführung von Erstgesprächen sowie Bewertung der fachlichen und persönlichen Eignung.
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Bewerberprofilen und Bewerberdaten.
- Koordination des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses bis zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung.
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, in der Arbeitsvermittlung oder im Personalvertrieb.
- Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kaltakquise und im aktiven Vertrieb.
- Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
