Als Netzwerkadministrator (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser IT-Team am Hauptstandort Köln bei der Planung, dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsinfrastruktur.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Administration von Routern, Switches, Access Points sowie zentralen Netzwerkdiensten wie DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WAN und VPN. Darüber hinaus überwachst und analysierst du die Netzwerkumgebung, behebst Störungen eigenständig und wirkst bei der Verwaltung von Firewalls, VPNVerbindungen und SSL-Zertifikaten mit.
Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen sorgst du für einen sicheren und reibungslosen Netzwerkbetrieb, erstellst technische Dokumentationen und bringst dich bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Sicherheitskonzepte ein.
Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Betreuung unserer IT-Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Administration von Routern, Switches und Access Points der Hersteller Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard und Fortinet
- Administration von Netzwerkdiensten insbesondere DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WAN, VPN
- Administration von Firewall Regeln, VPN-Verbindungen und Routen
- Monitoring und Analyse der gesamten IT-Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Netzwerkplänen und Netzwerkdokumentationen im IPAM/DCIM Tool
- Störungsbeseitigung der gesamten IT-Netzwerkinfrastruktur durch selbstständige Fehlerermittlung und Fehleranalyse
- Überwachung und Aktualisierung unserer internen und externen SSL Zertifikate
- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Konzepten und Handbüchern
- Erstellung von Sicherheitskonzepten nach BSI-Grundschutz und ISO 27001
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Netzwerken und IT-Infrastrukturen
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Routing, Switching, WLAN sowie den Netzwerkdiensten DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WAN und VPN
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerk- und Sicherheitslösungen der Hersteller Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard und/oder Fortinet
- Kenntnisse in der Administration von Firewalls, VPN-Verbindungen und Netzwerk-Sicherheitskonzepten
- Erfahrung im Monitoring, der Analyse und Fehlerbehebung von Netzwerkstörungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischer Dokumentation und Netzwerkdokumentationen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Informationssicherheit, idealerweise nach BSI IT-Grundschutz und ISO 27001
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
