Wir sind eine Gruppe von Ingenieurgesellschaften für technische Gesamtplanung und gehören zu den führenden Planungsbüros für technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) in Deutschland. Seit 30 Jahren planen und realisieren unsere Teams technische Anlagen für Gebäude aller Art — unter anderem für Labore, Krankenhäuser und Forschungseinrichtungen.
An unserem Hauptstandort Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung um Bereich MSR-Technik und Gebäudeautomation.
Aufgaben
- Mitwirken in der Realisierung von Projekten, schwerpunktmäßig im Bereich der MSR-Technik und Gebäudeautomation
- Bearbeitung aller Leistungsphasen gemäß HOAI für den Bereich MSR-Technik und Gebäudeautomation
- Erarbeiten von komplexen Planungen und Konzepten entsprechend aktueller technischer Anforderungen auf höchstem, technischem Niveau
- Betreuung/Beratung von Kunden im Rahmen der Projektbearbeitung
- Interessensvertretung von Bauherrn und dessen Vertretern gegenüber Dritten
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur (m/w/d) bzw. Fortbildung als Meister / Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Elektro-, Versorgungs- und MSR-Technik oder der Gebäudeautomation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation und deren Randgewerken.
- Kenntnisse der HOAI sowie der Normen DIN EN ISO 16484 und VDI 3814
- Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen im Bereich der Elektro- bzw. Anlagentechnik
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kostenbewusstsein und Reisebereitschaft (optional abhängig von der Aufgabe im Unternehmen)
- Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit
- Selbständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
