Hi, wir sind Golf Post, das digitale Zuhause für Golfer. Von Köln aus erreichen wir jeden Monat hunderttausende Golfbegeisterte in sieben Sprachen. Rund um unsere Plattform wächst ein Netzwerk aus Creatorn und Micro-Influencern, die für uns Produkte testen, Golfplätze und Hotels besuchen und von Turnieren berichten.
Dieses Netzwerk soll deutlich größer werden — und du wirst die Person, die es aufbaut und zusammenhält: der feste Ansprechpartner für alle unsere Creator.
Wir suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Praktikant/in (auch Werkstudium oder duales Modell möglich). Standort Köln, hybrides Arbeiten möglich.
Aufgaben
- Du baust unser Creator-Netzwerk aus: Du findest spannende Golf-Creator und Micro-Influencer, sprichst sie an und holst sie an Bord.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson: Creator wenden sich mit allem an dich — du hältst die Beziehungen warm und weißt, wer was kann.
- Du organisierst die Einsätze: Wer testet welches Produkt? Wer besucht welches Hotel, welchen Platz, welches Turnier? Du planst, teilst zu und behältst den Überblick.
- Du bindest Creator in Partneraktionen ein — von der Idee bis zum fertigen Content — und arbeitest dabei eng mit Marketing und Vertrieb zusammen.
- Du trackst, was die Einsätze bringen: Reichweite, Content-Qualität, Partner-Feedback — und machst das Netzwerk mit jedem Einsatz besser.
Qualifikation
- Du bist Organisationstalent durch und durch: Listen, Termine, Follow-ups — bei dir fällt nichts runter.
- Du gehst gern auf Menschen zu und kommunizierst klar und freundlich — per DM, Mail, Telefon oder persönlich.
- Du bist auf Instagram, TikTok und YouTube zuhause und erkennst, welche Creator zu uns passen.
- Du studierst (Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Sport o.ä.) oder suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum bzw. Werkstudium.
- Golf-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss — Begeisterung für Sport und digitale Communitys zählt mehr.
