Wir suchen Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Teammitglied unseres Fachbereichs Service Desk Am Standort Köln. Werde Teil der thinkGROUP und unterstütze uns als Service Desk Spezialist (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung von Kunden telefonisch und per Fernwartung im Rahmen des 1st Level IT-Supports mit Schwerpunkt MS-Office 365, MS Windows
- detaillierte Aufnahme von Störungen und Serviceanfragen im Bereich Hard- und Software sowie die Dokumentation dieser im Ticketsystem (ITSM)
- nachgelagerte Bearbeitung der Support-Tickets
- Analyse von aufwendigeren Anliegen und Weiterleitung an den 2nd Level IT-Support
- Informierung der Anwender über den Fortschritt ihrer Supportanfrage und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der SLAs durch regelmäßiges Tracking
- Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität und fortlaufende Entwicklung von Prozessen
- Pflege des Asset-Management-Systems sowie die Erstellung von Knowledge-Base-Artikeln
Qualifikation
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. zum/zur Fachinformatiker/-in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- idealerweise Erfahrungen im IT-Service Desk/User Helpdesk, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows 10 sowie der Microsoft Office Komponenten
- gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich: Apple IOS, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Innovaphone PBX, SAP IDM, OPSI, RSA Token Management, Macmon, virtuelle Maschinen, TeamViewer, Medientechnik
- Prozess- und Serviceorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie lösungs- und kundenorientierte Denkweise
- organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Motivation
