Wir suchen Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Teammitglied unseres Fachbereichs Technical Services in Bochum. Werde Teil der thinkGROUP und unterstütze uns als IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
- Instandsetzung von IT-Komponenten
- Umbau und Erweiterung von Arbeitsplatz-Hardware
- Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware im Client- und Serverbereich
- selbstständige Softwareinstallation
- Lösen von Hard- und Softwareproblemen sowie Bearbeiten von Tickets innerhalb vorgegebener Servicelevel
- eigenständige Installationsänderungen und ggf. Softwarekonfigurationen
Qualifikation
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. IT-Systemelektroniker/in, Informationselektroniker/in oder Mechatroniker/in) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- erste Erfahrung in der Wartung von IT-Komponenten sowie in der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen
- erste Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Hardware (Notebook, PC)
- Zertifikate von Lenovo, Dell oder Hewlett Packard sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
