Aufgaben
Deine Tätigkeiten
- fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Buchhaltungs-Teams
- Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und termingerechten Buchführung
- Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Steuerung von Debitoren-, Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr
- Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
- Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Fachbereichen
- aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Finanzprozesse
- Aufbau klarer Aufbau- und Ablauforganisationen in einem gewachsenen Umfeld

Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung, z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter
- mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung aus dem gehobenen Mittelstand oder Konzernumfeld
- sehr gute HGB-Kenntnisse sowie sichere Anwendung von ERP-Systemen, SAP R/3 erforderlich
- nachweislich ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, kombiniert mit strukturellem und analytischem Denken
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein klarer Gestaltungswille
