- Content-Erstellung: Planung, Dreh und Schnitt von Videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) rund um die Themen Tiergesundheit, Tierkrankenversicherung
- Social Media Management: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Kanäle auf Instagram, Facebook und TikTok – von der Redaktionsplanung bis zur Veröffentlichung
- Strategieentwicklung: Aufbau und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Social-Media-Strategie zur langfristigen Stärkung der Marke Tierkasko24
- Trendmonitoring: Aktuelle Trends und Formate auf Social Media erkennen und kreativ für unsere Marke adaptieren
- Performance-Analyse: Auswertung relevanter KPIs (Reichweite, Engagement, Follower-Wachstum) und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Management und/oder Content Creation (beruflich oder durch eigene erfolgreiche Kanäle)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Videoproduktion (Smartphone/Kamera) und Videobearbeitung (z. B. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve o. ä.)
- Kreativität, Gespür für visuelles Storytelling und ein Auge für Ästhetik
- Kenntnisse der Plattformen Instagram, Facebook und TikTok sowie deren Algorithmen
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
