Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Understanding technical program scopes, participating in milestone planning, and ensuring alignment with product, business, and budgetary requirements
• Leading cross-functional teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and fostering collaboration for the duration of the program
• Creating, building, and maintaining detailed program plans and records, managing critical path tasks effectively
• Identifying program goals and success criteria, driving their development and implementation with stakeholders and the core team
• Resolving conflicts with management engagement, building consensus, and assigning resources to program plans
• Recommending improvements to engineering processes, alleviating inaccuracy and duplication, and performing resource forecasting
• Analyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and initiating corrective actions to maintain program integrity
• Communicating program updates, managing changes, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
