As a Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will be responsible for:
- Leading project teams to deliver valuable insights, and design and implement business change across Asset Managers
- Leading workshops with key client stakeholders to drive innovative solutions across the business and technology
- Maintaining an understanding of advancements in Asset Manager business strategy, technology and innovations which are happening across the industry, and the broader financial services marketplace
- Understanding and influencing the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Bringing industry expertise to clients in the form of actionable recommendations
- Leading business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients
- Supporting the development of the practice by participating in initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (i.e., operations, investment technology, compliance, alternatives etc.)
- Capable of working independently with limited oversight
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous management consulting and business analysis experience required
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly motivated individual
- Knowledge of key industry platforms: SimCorp, BlackRock Aladdin, Eagle Pace or CRD a plus
- Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus**
