Für den Standort Düsseldorf wird das lokale IT-Onsite-Team verstärkt. Gesucht wird eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Anwender im Arbeitsalltag unterstützt und gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sorgt.
Aufgaben
- Erster Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden am Standort Düsseldorf
- Unterstützung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen im täglichen Betrieb
- Betreuung der Windows 11- und Microsoft 365-Umgebungen
- Support für Mobile Endgeräte, Telefonie sowie Videokonferenzsysteme
- Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents und Service Requests in ServiceNow
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zentralen IT-Teams zur nachhaltigen Fehlerbehebung
- Unterstützung beim Rollout, Test und der Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen
- Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister
- Sicherstellung eines exzellenten IT-Service für die Anwender vor Ort
Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Onsite Service (eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung)
- Gute Kenntnisse auf der Systemseite von Windows 11 und Microsoft 365
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwendern
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und eine offene, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
- Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
