Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen für einen zuverlässigen und automatisierten Datenaustausch zwischen verschiedenen Systemen.
- Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Fachbereich
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen mithilfe moderner KI- und Automatisierungslösungen
- Weiterentwicklung interner Web-Tools, die im operativen Tagesgeschäft eingesetzt werden.
- Evaluation neuer KI-Technologien und Unterstützung bei deren Integration in bestehende Arbeitsabläuf
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen, um digitale Lösungen praxisnah zu entwickeln und erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Begleitung von Projekten – von der Idee über die Implementierung bis zum produktiven Einsatz
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Anwendungen mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Großes Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz, Automatisierung und neuen Technologien
- Erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools oder Automatisierungsplattformen sind wünschenswert
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Neugier sowie die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Motivation, Projekte eigenverantwortlich bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss zu begleiten
