Aufgaben
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung moderner IT-Systeme, Netzwerke und Security-Infrastrukturen
- Administration von Servern, Clients, Cloud-Services und sicherheitsrelevanten Tools
- Analyse, Prävention und Behebung von Sicherheitsvorfällen sowie technischen Störungen – remote & vor Ort
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Security-Maßnahmen (Patch-Management, Hardening, Monitoring, Backup)
- Eigenständiges Planen und Steuern von Kundenprojekten – von der technischen Ausarbeitung bis zum Rollout
- Aktive Gestaltung unserer IT-Landschaft: neue Technologien einbringen, Lösungen verbessern, Prozesse smarter machen
- Wissen teilen und Best Practices entwickeln, damit Team und Kunden langfristig von deinen Lösungen profitieren
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Technisches Verständnis für Netzwerke, Server, IT-Security, Microsoft-Umgebungen
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Spaß an vielfältigen Kundenprojekten
- Zuverlässiges, eigenständiges Arbeiten und Teamgeist
- Freundliches Auftreten und Serviceorientierung
- Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
