Als IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Cloud-Telefonanlagen / VoIP übernimmst du die Hauptverantwortung für unseren gesamten Bereich Cloud-Telefonie. Du planst, installierst und betreust moderne Yeastar-Telefonanlagen, entwickelst unsere eigene Cloud-Plattform kontinuierlich weiter und bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Projekte, moderne Arbeitsmittel und die Möglichkeit, einen wichtigen Unternehmensbereich aktiv mitzugestalten.
Aufgaben
- Hauptverantwortung für den Bereich Cloud-Telefonanlagen
- Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von VoIP-Telefonanlagen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer eigenen Cloud-Plattform
- Einrichtung von Yeastar- und 3CX-Systemen
- Migration bestehender Telefonanlagen auf moderne Cloud-Lösungen
- Einrichtung von SIP-Trunks, Rufnummern und Endgeräten
- Integration von Softphones, Mobilgeräten und Microsoft Teams (je nach Kundenanforderung)
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
- Technische Beratung unserer Kunden
- Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT**-Systemelektroniker,** Informationselektroniker, Fachinformatiker, Elektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Bereich VoIP- und IP-Telefonie
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Yeastar oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing)
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für den gesamten Bereich Cloud-Telefonie zu
- übernehmen und diesen gemeinsam mit uns kontinuierlich
- weiterzuentwickeln
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Lust auf Kundenkontakt, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
