Founder-Support: Du recherchierst Märkte, Wettbewerber und Fördermöglichkeiten, baust Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen und treibst eigene kleine Projekte eigenständig voran. Prozesse & Ops: Du hilfst, unsere internen Abläufe aufzubauen und zu verbessern – vom Bewerbungsprozess bis zur Kursorganisation. Marketing & Content: Du unterstützt bei Social Media, Newsletter und Website-Texten und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Zielgruppen erreichen. Daten & CRM: Du hältst unsere Daten sauber (Leads, Interessent:innen, Partner) und baust einfache Auswertungen und Reports, mit denen wir bessere Entscheidungen treffen. Die Mischung passt sich an das an, was gerade wichtig ist und an das, was du gut kannst und lernen willst.
Du bist eingeschriebene: r Student:in (z. B. BWL, Entrepreneurship, Kommunikation, Sozial-/Bildungswissenschaften – die Fachrichtung ist uns weniger wichtig als dein Drive). Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig: Du wartest nicht auf Ansagen, sondern bringst Dinge zu Ende und meldest dich, wenn du hängst. Du schreibst gut und gern auf Deutsch (mind. C1) – für Texte, Präsentationen und E-Mails. Du bist digital fit: Mit Tools wie Google Workspace, Canva, o. Ä. kommst du schnell zurecht, und KI-Tools nutzt du selbstverständlich (oder willst es lernen). Plus, kein Muss: Erste Erfahrung in einem Startup, im Marketing oder mit CRM-Systemen – oder technisches Grundverständnis (Website-Pflege, Automatisierungen).
