Als Product Manager Platform (m/w/d) gestaltest du das Herzstück unserer IoT- und Cloud-Plattform KiwiOS. Du verbindest strategische Marktanforderungen mit technischer Exzellenz, steuerst das Plattform-Ökosystem über den gesamten Lebenszyklus und treibst die internationale Skalierung unseres Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)-Modells für den dezentralen Energiemarkt aktiv voran.
- strategische Vision & Roadmap: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision, Roadmap und Value Proposition für unsere Plattform und zugehörige Services (z. B. KiwiOS.cloud, Energy Manager).
- Business Cases & Pricing: Erarbeitung von Business Cases, Preismodellen und Pricing-Strategien im PaaS-Kontext inklusive Stakeholder-Abstimmung.
- Partner-Akquise & Ökosystem: Identifizierung, Bewertung und Gewinnung strategischer Plattformpartner zur Erweiterung unseres Ökosystems.
- Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalysen: Durchführung kontinuierlicher Markt- und Konkurrenzanalysen mit Fokus auf den internationalen Energiemarkt.
- Produktcontrolling & Performance: Eigenständiges Controlling, Monitoring der Plattform-Performance sowie Ableitung zielgerichteter Maßnahmen.
- Requirements & Spezifikationen: Übersetzung strategischer Business Use Cases und Kundenanforderungen in funktionale/technische Spezifikationen und Epics.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern: Enge Abstimmung bei Feature-Spezifikationen und Unterstützung bei der klaren Backlog-Priorisierung.
- Produkt-Dokumentation & Schnittstellen: Zusammenarbeit mit der Technischen Redaktion zur optimalen Dokumentation der Plattform und APIs.
- Produktlebenszyklus & Go-to-Market: Ganzheitliches Lifecycle-Management (SoC bis EoL) sowie Fachexperten-Support für Vertrieb, Marketing und bei internen Produktschulungen.
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. mehrjährige fundierte berufliche Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, der Produkt- oder Geschäftsfeldentwicklung im IT-, PaaS- oder IoT-Umfeld. Erfahrung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien / Smart Energy ist ein starkes Plus. gutes Verständnis von Cloud-Architekturen, Edge-Technologien und API-First-Konzepten. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Pricing, der Monetarisierung und der Betriebswirtschaft von SaaS/PaaS-Geschäftsmodellen.
