Aufgaben:
- Steuerung und Verwaltung operativer HR-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, unternehmensinterner und arbeitsvertraglicher Rahmenbedingungen
- Vorbereitung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Stellenbewertungen und Entgeltmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften
- Identifikation, Planung und Umsetzung von Trainings- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für die betreuten Fachbereiche
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Organisationsentwicklung
- Information, Beratung und Vertretung personalpolitischer Themen gegenüber den betreuten Fachbereichen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Strukturen im gesamten HR-Bereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den HR-Kompetenzzentren, insbesondere in den Bereichen Entgeltabrechnung, Talent Management sowie weiteren HR-Fachbereichen
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise im wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (mindestens Bachelorabschluss)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner (mindestens fünf Jahre)
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen sowie im Arbeits- und Personalumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Stellenbewertungen, Entgeltmaßnahmen und Gehaltsverhandlungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere detaillierte Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS Word
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im Inland
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeit sowie Konfliktfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
