Aufgaben
- Steuerung und Begleitung von Unternehmens- und Projektfinanzierungen von der Strukturierung bis zur laufenden Überwachung
- Erstellung von Reportings, Analysen und Präsentationen für Banken, Finanzierungspartner und geschäftliche Termine
- Verwaltung bestehender Darlehens- und Finanzierungsverträge einschließlich Fristenmanagement und Meldepflichten
- Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements
- Analyse des Finanzierungsportfolios und Ableitung geeigneter Handlungsempfehlungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Wirtschafts-, Finanz- und Investitionsplanung sowie Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen und Stresstests
- Unterstützung bei der Liquiditätssteuerung und im Treasury
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance, Treasury oder Projektfinanzierung
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Banken und Finanzierungspartnern
- Sicherer Umgang mit Planungs- und Analysetools, insbesondere Excel
- Kenntnisse in Risikomanagement, Szenarioanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
