Bei uns bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Produkt, Service und Entwicklung und Teil eines modernen, digitalen Unternehmens an der Schnittstelle von Steuern, Software und E-Commerce.
Aufgaben
- Kunden-Support: Betreuung per E-Mail, Ticket-System und Telefon
- Onboarding: Begleitung der Kunden bei der Ersteinrichtung unseres Moduls
- Troubleshooting: Detektivarbeit bei Fehlern – du suchst und findest die Nadel im Heuhaufen
- Schnittstelle: Enge Absprache mit der IT/Entwicklung und dem Service zur Fehlerbehebung
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit gutem Verständnis für die Rechnungserstellung
- Spaß an technischem Support und logischen Prozessen (weniger tiefe Fachbuchhaltung)
- Erste Erfahrung mit E-Commerce-Rechnungen und erste Programmierkenntnisse wünschenswert
