Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Konzernreportings für
Management und Konzernzentrale
- Mitwirkung bei Konsolidierung, Validierung, Analyse und managementorientierter Aufbereitung der
Finanzergebnisse
- Begleitung des konzernweiten Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozesses
- Erstellung von Varianzanalysen, Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und KPI-Reports
- Analyse von Umsatz, Rentabilität, Margen, Kosten, Working Capital, Liquidität und Cashflow
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Controlling-Dateien, Excel-Modellen und
Management-Dashboards
- Mitgestaltung bei der Standardisierung und Harmonisierung von Controlling-Prozessen und
Reporting-Standards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Finance, Tax, lokalen Einheiten, Tochtergesellschaften und der
Konzernzentrale
- Unterstützung bei Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Konsolidierungs-, Planungs- und
Reporting-Tools (z. B. LucaNet, Power BI)
- Mitarbeit in Sonderprojekten – von Business Cases über Investitionsentscheidungen bis zu M&A-Projekten; und Unternehmensbewertungen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Group Reporting, Corporate Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Finance-Funktion
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Management-Reports, Budgets, Forecasts, Varianzanalysen und
KPI-Reporting
- Gutes Verständnis von Rechnungslegungsprozessen, Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie grundlegenden Konsolidierungsprinzipien
- Ausgeprägte analytische und numerische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit großen Datenmengen und komplexen Excel-Modellen; SAP-Kenntnisse von
Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Reporting-, Planungs- oder Business-Intelligence-Tools (Power BI, LucaNet o. Ä.) von
