Du möchtest komplexe Telekommunikationsprojekte verantworten und mit deiner Erfahrung Teams sowie Kund*innen zum Projekterfolg führen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte die Weiterentwicklung moderner Netzinfrastrukturen aktiv mit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Zusammen mit deinem Team erarbeitest du spannende Lösungen zur Modernisierung, Migration und Aufbau neuer Netze im Mobilfunk-, Fest- und Glasfasernetzbereich
- Dabei übernimmst du die verantwortliche Leitung bzw. Koordination abwechslungsreicher Projekte unterschiedlicher Art
- Konsequent und leidenschaftlich verfolgst du deine Projektziele, berätst unsere Kund*innen auf Basis deiner Erfahrung und treibst die Weiterentwicklung im Telekommunikationsnetz voran
- Souverän steuerst du deine Projekte und übernimmst die Führung deiner Projektteams über den gesamten Projektzyklus von Angebotsprozess (Analyse, Design, Implementierung, Testing bis zur Abnahme)
- Status-Reporting sowie Durchführung von Steering Boards ggf. auf GF/Vorstands-Ebene gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben
- KI-basierte Tools setzt du gezielt zur Projektsteuerung, Analyse, Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Reporting ein und nutzt sie zur effizienten Unterstützung deiner Projektteams
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- Wir freuen uns auf dein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, BWL, Ingenieurwesen, Physik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Telekommunikations-Projekten z.B. im Mobilfunk-, Fest- oder Glasfasernetz konntest du vorweisen
- Technologien und Services im Bereich Telekommunikation sind deine Leidenschaft
- Du kennst dich mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools aus und hast bereits Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methoden wie z.B. PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFE oder ITIL
- Projekterfahrung im Konzernumfeld oder im multinationalen Mittelstand sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung bringst du mit
- Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Künstlicher Intelligenz und KI-basierten Toolsund kannst diese verantwortungsbewusst und zielgerichtet in komplexen Projektsituationen einsetzen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen runden dein Profil ab
