Im Auftrag meines Mandanten, eines etablierten Finanzdienstleisters mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main, suche ich eine fachliche Führungspersönlichkeit für die Leitung eines kleinen Teams im Bereich MaRisk-Compliance. Besonders spannend ist an dieser Position vor allem der große Gestaltungsspielraum: Sie übernehmen keine fertig durchstrukturierte Funktion, sondern prägen Ausrichtung, Methodik und Weiterentwicklung der MaRisk-Compliance maßgeblich selbst.
Aufgaben
- Fachliche Führung eines kleinen Teams sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung der MaRisk-Compliance-Funktion
- Übersetzung aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen der MaRisk in schlanke, tragfähige interne ProzesseLaufende Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für das Haus
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Überwachung des Compliance-Management-Systems
- Beratung der Fachbereiche als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe bei regulatorischen FragestellungenEigenverantwortliche
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Kontrollhandlungen und Überwachungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts, der Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Compliance, Interner Revision, Risikomanagement oder im Prüfungsumfeld eines regulierten Finanzinstituts
- Belastbares regulatorisches Know-how, idealerweise ergänzt um erste Führungserfahrung
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Überzeugendes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
