Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Focus: Technical support and troubleshooting for LLM and AI applications in client projects You support users with technical questions related to LLM and AI applications and handle support requests at L1 and L2 level You analyze technical issues in a structured manner, identify potential root causes, resolve them independently where possible, and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate experts You communicate clearly and professionally with users in German and English and ensure transparent handling of their support requests You work primarily with Langdock and develop a solid understanding of the platform and its underlying LLM and AI functionalities You document recurring questions and solutions and contribute to the continuous development of our knowledge base You actively contribute insights from day-to-day support to continuously improve our support processes, documentation, and Langdock Support Bot You collaborate closely with our technical teams and gain practical insights into the production use of modern LLM and AI solutions for our clients You initially support a specific client project and will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to additional AI support and client projects in the future

You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science & AI, Business Administration, Economics, Business and Economics, or a comparable field and have a strong interest in technical topics You have a solid technical understanding and initial hands-on experience with digital applications, technical tools, or support processes You are interested in LLMs and modern AI applications and have already gained practical experience using relevant tools Initial experience with Langdock is a plus, but not a requirement You approach technical problems systematically, are able to narrow down potential causes, and enjoy independently familiarizing yourself with new topics and tools You bring a strong hands-on mentality and take a pragmatic approach to solving problems rather than simply passing them on You are able to explain technical topics clearly and communicate professionally and service-oriented with different types of users You work reliably, thoroughly, and in a structured manner and maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple support requests in parallel You have very good German and English skills at least at C1 level
