Du unterstützt unser HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, auch im Recruiting, Bewerbermanagement und bei Vorstellungsgesprächen Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von verschiedenen HR-Dokumenten Du pflegst die digitalen Personalstammdaten und hältst diese aktuell in unseren HR-Systemen Du unterstützt bei Ein- und Austrittsprozessen sowie bei weiteren administrativen Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles Du unterstützt bei internen Kommunikationsprozessen sowie bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen Du wirkst bei HR-Projekten mit, z. B. rund um Themen wie Onboarding, Mitarbeiterbindung und Digitalisierung
Du bist immatrikulierte: r Student:in, idealerweise in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Personal, Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Recht oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung Du hast Interesse an Personalthemen und HR-Prozessen und möchtest gerne praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sammeln Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen, administrativen oder personalwirtschaftlichen Umfeld sammeln können Du hast eine strukturierte, ordentliche und vor allem diskrete Arbeitsweise Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und hast Freude daran, dich in digitale HR-Systeme und neue Programme einzuarbeiten Du kommunizierst freundlich und professionell und arbeitest gerne im Team Du bist während der Vorlesungszeit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar und kannst uns nach Absprache auch in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit verstärkt unterstützen
