Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Definition und Implementierung globaler Application-Management-Prozesse (z. B. Lifecycle- und Patch-Management) sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten und sicheren Ausführung
- Entwicklung von Richtlinien für den sicheren Applikationsbetrieb, Steuerung der Bereitstellung von Templates für Betriebs- und Sicherheitskonzepte sowie aktive Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei deren Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben
- Harmonisierung der Software-Landschaft sowie Steuerung von Genehmigungsprozessen neuer Anwendungen unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler und sicherheitstechnischer Anforderungen
- Zentrale Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereichen, Cyber Security und IT-Service-Providern
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung von Resilienz und Performance der Systeme
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes relevantes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management oder IT-Prozessmanagement
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise zur Harmonisierung komplexer Applikationslandschaften, zum Erkennen von Abhängigkeiten und zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung im Portfolio-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im ITIL-Framework, Erfahrung im Aufbau von Governance-Strukturen und gutes Verständnis gängiger IT-Prozessstandards
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer IT-Service-Provider sowie Bereitschaft, Fachbereiche z. B. bei der Erstellung von Betriebs- und Sicherheitskonzepten beratend zu unterstützen
- Souveränes Auftreten und Fähigkeit, Governance- und Security-Themen konstruktiv und durchsetzungsstark auf allen Stakeholder-Ebenen zu vermitteln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und die Sicherheit, dich auf B2-Niveau klar und professionell auszudrücken
