Specialises in Industrial control systems and IT interface systems in various production areas within the Plant.
Support function to all Engineering units, providing industrial software support and system enhancements ensuring adherence to Digital Service, Cybersecurity, IT interfacing and Automation standard processes in their area, with direct interface to Cental Engineering Teams.
Management and ensuring standardisation of software installed on Industrial Computers (IPCs) including Backup and restore procedures, remote access administration and support change management.
Transfers knowledge and conducts 1st level support training, on MES IT interfaces and related systems to relevant MTE Engineering personnel.
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent
>5 years C&D engineering experience in production industry
Experience in several machine improvement projects, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects
Medimed Medical Aid – with 3 options to choose from with the Company subsidising 50% of the cost
Provident Fund – 2 options to choose from with the Company contributing an additional 10.5% towards it.
