Aufgaben
- Gebäudemanagement: Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und stellst sicher, dass Wartungen, Reparaturen und Renovierungen fachgerecht und termingerecht erfolgen. Außerdem kümmerst du dich um die Reinigung sowie die Pflege unserer Außenanlagen.
- Technik & Sicherheit: Du hältst Geräte, Betriebsmittel und sicherheitstechnische Einrichtungen instand, führst regelmäßige Rundgänge durch und behebst Sicherheitsmängel.
- Organisation & Verwaltung: Du übernimmst die Schlüsselverwaltung, organisierst Stellflächen und Abfallentsorgung, unterstützt bei Versicherungen und Nebenkostenabrechnungen und betreust unsere Untermieter.
- Service & Logistik: Du stellst die Betriebsbereitschaft unserer Poolfahrzeuge sicher, betreust Snack- und Getränkeautomaten und unterstützt gelegentlich im Bereich Logistik. Auch kleine Botengänge gehören zu deinem abwechslungsreichen Alltag.
- Winterdienst: Du behältst die Wetterlage im Blick und sorgst bei Bedarf für freie Wege und Parkflächen.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektriker, Installateur o. Ä.)
- Berufserfahrung als Facility Manager, Hausmeister oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Organisationstalent, Dienstleistungsmentalität und Kommunikationsstärke
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern
- Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
