Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and intellectually sharp professional to work with the Partnerships team in a cross-functional role. This position is suitable for candidates who want exposure to strategic initiatives and operational work while supporting teams that drive projects and improve processes. The role involves contributing to key business initiatives across strategy, growth, operations, and transformation. Responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives, assisting with operational excellence, performing data analysis and reporting, coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and conducting basic financial analysis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Support the team in executing strategic projects and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with Operational Excellence: Contribute to projects focused on improving efficiency and implementing best practices across our operations. This may include drafting SOPs, playbooks tailored to geography and project types.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain reports to monitor operational KPIs (e.g., farmer count, cost per enrolment, retention, delivery risk).
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate the day-to-day coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring transparent communication between various internal and external teams.
  • Documentation and System Support: Maintain organized documentation for all processes and systems, ensuring accuracy and version control. Help build and maintain internal tools and dashboards.
  • Financial Analysis: Support in project economics, helping create basic financial models, track project performance, and cost optimization. Assist in building simple tools and reports to compare projects on efficiency, impact, and risks.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, management or a related field.
  • Minimum 0–2 years of progressive experience in the growth & strategy role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Excel and a knack for organizing and interpreting data.
  • Ability to manage project documentation, draft reports, and prepare briefs to support execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Interest in climate action, sustainability, or social impact is a plus.
