Job Description

Responsibilities: Prepare and review external financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable regulatory standards. Coordinate and support external audit processes by providing accurate, timely, and complete documentation to auditors. Analyze financial data to identify key trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in reporting processes. Support the design, testing, and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear insights and explanations on financial performance and reporting outcomes. Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance in external reporting. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.

• Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations.
• Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards.
• Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary.
• Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams.
• Drive reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. Decision Support Analytics

Manage end-to-end reporting delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting timelines, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coach and develop reporting analysts and team members.
