Responsibilities:
- Own the North India enterprise revenue charter, including new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Define and execute a regional enterprise GTM strategy, identifying priority industries, accounts, buying centres, and revenue opportunities.
- Build a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts through account-based selling, targeted prospecting, executive networks, partnerships, and market intelligence.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle — from account mapping and discovery through solutioning, negotiation, procurement, and closure.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with CXOs, Founders, Business Heads, CMOs, Digital, Product, and Technology leaders.
- Lead consultative conversations that connect WebEngage’s capabilities to revenue growth, customer retention, engagement, and business transformation.
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI narratives that influence enterprise buying decisions.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with strong commercial and negotiation acumen.
- Build a predictable, high-quality regional pipeline with disciplined forecasting and deal governance.
- Partner with Marketing, SDR/BDR, Solution Consulting, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximise enterprise acquisition.
- Bring market intelligence and competitive insights to strengthen regional GTM, positioning, and sales strategy.
- Establish the foundation for long-term account expansion and strategic growth within acquired enterprises.
Requirement :
- 8–12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Customer Engagement, or technology.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and significant revenue ownership.
- Experience managing a large geographic territory or regional sales charter is preferred.
- Demonstrated success with ₹5 Cr+ / $600K+ annual sales quotas or comparable enterprise revenue ownership.
- Strong experience selling complex solutions to large enterprises and strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to build pipelines independently, rather than relying primarily on inbound demand.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders and complex buying committees.
- Excellent understanding of consultative, value-based, and account-based enterprise selling.
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
- Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot and sales intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
- High ownership, strategic thinking, resilience, and a strong bias toward revenue outcomes.
