Senior Staff Consultant (Lead Communication Designer - PowerPoint, Corporate Branding, Newsletter & Campaign Creation, SharePoint Online)

Requirements

• 7.5+ years of experience in digital content creation, corporate communications, branding, or internal communications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Immediate joiners and candidates who can join within 30 days will be highly preferred.
• Experience in creating executive-level presentations, visual storytelling, and communication materials.
• Hands-on experience in SharePoint page/site creation, customization, and content management.
• Strong graphic design, branding, and content development skills.
• Experience creating digital assets such as posters, banners, newsletters, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as HeyGen, Copilot, ChatGPT, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
• Experience in video editing and basic motion graphics creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate business concepts, updates, and data into engaging visual content.
• Exposure to internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, marketing communications, or corporate branding programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create professional and visually compelling presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, events, and internal communications.
• Develop engaging digital content including posters, banners, newsletters, videos, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites and pages with modern layouts, user-friendly navigation, and branding consistency.
• Convert business updates, key messages, data, and ideas into impactful visual stories and communication assets.
• Support internal communication campaigns, branding initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand communication requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, visual design, image generation, and video production processes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms.
• Create and edit video content, including basic animations and motion graphics, to support communication objectives.
• Manage and publish content across internal digital channels, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
• Continuously explore new design trends, communication strategies, and digital tools to improve content effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication and branding initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related field.
