1. Laser cutting machine purpose :
a. Modify DXF files (Layered drawings) to improve laser cutting b. Develop new drawings based on inquiry for any job work c. Do nesting of similar parts to optimize cutting d. Do nesting of different parts to utilize scrap SS sheets if any e. Keep the record of latest revisions of each drawing and update the same to the operator
2. Industrial/Methodes purpose :
a. Develop drawings of various new machine tools, dies, fixtures and templates b. Develop new drawings for existing tools which don’t have drawings c. Develop new drawings for Projects or inquiry for any job work for inhouse fabrication
3. R&D purpose :
a. Design of new components for development b. Making Line diagram of piping for site purpose c. Updation in exixting drawings if required
