Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung, Leitung und Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Bauvorhaben in Hinblick auf die technisch und qualitativ einwandfreie, termingerechte und wirtschaftliche Ausführung sowie Verantwortung für das Projektbudget
- Verhandlungen und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen
- Steuerung des Bauteams
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Vertretern öffentlicher und privater Auftraggeber in allen Phasen der Bauabwicklung
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Solide Kenntnisse in den Bereichen der Bauausführung
- Analytische, ergebnisorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Programmen
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache einwandfrei
