Für ein renommiertes, wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich Hochbau und Projekt- bzw. Quartiersentwicklung sucht SKILLs einen oder eine Vertrags-/Nachtragsmanager(in) (m/w/d).
Unser Kunde ist ein namhaftes Unternehmen, welches seit über 100 Jahren besteht und Projekte vornehmlich in Norddeutschland plant und realisiert.
Aufgaben
- Technische Prüfung der Vertragsunterlagen in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
- Unterstützung der Bau-und Projektleitung bei der Bewertung von Vertragsfragen und Nachtrags-potentialen
- Erstellung von vertragsrelevantem Schriftverkehr
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Nachträgen
- Mitwirkung und selbstständiges Führen von Nach-tragsverhandlungen mit den Bauherren und den Nachunternehmern
- Entwicklung, Überarbeitung und Prüfung von standardisierten Prozessen im Vertragsmanagement
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bautechniker oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Nachtrags-management sowie im Bauvertragsrecht
- Erfahren in der Anwendung der VOB bei der Abwicklung komplexer Großprojekte
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
