Aufgaben
- Intelligente Prozesse führen zu effizienten Lösungen – verbinde die Möglichkeiten von SAP S/4HANA mit den tatsächlichen Anforderungen und Gegebenheiten des Kunden
- Begleite spannende Projekte und konzeptioniere eigenständig Lösungen im SAP Standard oder als Individualentwicklung, die Du gemeinsam mit unseren Entwicklern umsetzt
- Berate unsere Kunden auf Ihrem Weg Richtung SAP S/4HANA im Greenfield oder Brownfield Ansatz
- Betreue deine eigenen Kunden und entwickle mit Ihm seine Prozess- und SAP-Landschaft weiter
- Begleite und fördere unsere jungen Mitarbeiter in Ihrer Ausbildung zum SAP Berater
- Du hast die Möglichkeit deine eigene Wünsche und Vorstellungen in einem jungen Unternehmen einzubringen
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Wirtschafts- und/oder IT-Bezug oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im SAP Umfeld sowie in der Beratung von mittelständischen und/oder Konzernkunden
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im SAP Modul FI
- Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Sachverhalte und methodisches, ergebnis-orientiertes Vorgehen
- Offenes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Motivation für die Einarbeitung in neue Technologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse
- anlassbezogene Reisebereitschaft für Projekte mit dem Fokus auf regionale Kunden um Hamburg
