To strengthen our Marketing Team, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and continuously improving integrated B2B marketing activities that strengthen our market presence, generate qualified leads and support our international business growth. You will develop relevant content and campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinate marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders and ensure consistent communication of our products, services and value proposition.

You will work closely with Product Mangaement, Sales, and futher other internal teams to develop our marketing programs and campaigns, addressing the needs of potential new customers and partners, based on our Product Portfolio as well as Go-To-Market Strategy. You will be instrumental for the further development of our marketing measures, performance measurement and communication standards.

For this position, residency in Germany as well as very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required. Occasional travel to trade fairs, conferences, customer events and internal meetings will be also relevant for your success.

Owning our marketing demand generation programs: Planning, implementation, and measuring of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Development of ABM-driven campaigns and activities that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads by substantially supporting the achievement our revenue goals Independent management of marketing campaigns and projects, including target groups, timelines, approvals, implementation and follow-up Close cooperation with the Marketing Specialist for communication in the creation and coordination of website content, articles, newsletters, case studies, presentations, campaign materials and sales enablement content Translation of complex software products and technical topics into clear and compelling marketing messages Implementation of targeted marketing activities for specific industries, customer segments, products and business priorities Close collaboration with Sales and Business Development on lead generation, target account activities and customer acquisition Coordination with Product Management and our service teams regarding product developments, customer use cases and market requirements Planning and coordination of trade fairs, conferences, webinars, customer events and related communication activities Coordination of external agencies and service providers, including briefing, quality assurance and timeline management Monitoring of marketing performance and preparation of KPI-based reports and improvement recommendations Leading the lead management, lead nurturing and marketing automation processes Market, competitor and target group research, as well as continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools and reporting structures

Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, campaign management or product marketing Proven experience in independently planning, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns Understanding of the structure and the approach on realizing Accout-Based-Marketing Programs Experience in marketing activities that support lead generation, customer acquisition and business growth Strong content development and copywriting skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly Experience in marketing software products, IT solutions or consulting services, ideally in an international B2B environment Industry experience in Energy, Chemicals, logistics or industrial software is an advantage Strong understanding of websites, email marketing, social media, online campaigns and marketing automation Experience in developing customer-focused content, campaign materials and sales enablement materials Experience collaborating with Sales and Business Development on lead generation and growth initiatives Ability to translate business priorities, market requirements and customer needs into effective marketing activities Experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance measurement and KPI-based reporting Confidence in working with CRM, content management, email marketing and analytics systems Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills A structured, reliable and results-oriented approach, with high ownership and attention to detail Very good German and English skills, willingness to travel occasionally and a relevant degree or comparable qualification

This is not an entry-level position. The specific classification within the salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, particularly relevant professional experience, qualifications and competencies.

In addition to the base salary, the position may include a variable compensation component based on clearly defined and measurable individual and company-related objectives. The specific compensation model will be communicated transparently during the recruitment process.
