Deine Aufgaben
- Führung, Motivation und Organisation des Küchenteams
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufs gemeinsam mit dem Küchenchef
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards
- Organisation der Warenwirtschaft sowie Kontrolle von Lagerbeständen und Bestellungen
- Unterstützung bei der Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung des Küchenteams
- Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung neuer sowie bestehender Teammitglieder
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Küchenprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
- Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und den erfolgreichen Tagesabschluss
- Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung des Teams während des Services
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position als Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef / Küchenchef
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation eines Küchenteams
- Organisationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien
- Wirtschaftliches Denken und Erfahrung in der Warenwirtschaft
- Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Leidenschaft für hochwertige mediterrane Küche und Gastfreundschaft
