Aufgaben
- Planung und Erstellung von Content für LinkedIn, Instagram und weitere relevante Kanäle
- Verfassen von Texten sowie Erstellung einfacher Grafiken und kurzer Videos
- Aufbau und Pflege eines redaktionellen Kalenders
- Entwicklung verständlicher Inhalte rund um Vermögensaufbau, Altersvorsorge und Finanzbildung
- Betreuung unserer Community und Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten
- Beobachtung relevanter Themen, Formate und Entwicklungen in sozialen Netzwerken
- Auswertung von Reichweite, Interaktionen und Leads
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Strategie
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung bei Kampagnen und Aktionen
Qualifikation
- praktische Erfahrung im Social-Media- oder Content-Marketing
- sehr gutes Deutsch und Sicherheit beim Verfassen verständlicher Texte
- Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung und unterschiedliche Content-Formate
- Erfahrung mit LinkedIn, Instagram und gängigen Planungs- oder Gestaltungstools
- selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Finanzthemen und die Bereitschaft, dich in erklärungsbedürftige Inhalte einzuarbeiten
- Ein Hintergrund in der Finanzberatung ist nicht erforderlich.
