Aufgaben
Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Logos / Brandings, Designkonzepten und verschiedenen Printprodukten. Dabei zeichnet dich dein Anspruch an Design und die hohe Qualität aus. Zudem begleitest und organisierst du kreative Produktionsvorgänge/-abläufe (z. B. Druck, Fotoshooting) – von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Produkt bist du mit dabei, kennst die Abläufe und weißt was zu tun ist.
Durch deine Erfahrung bist du es gewohnt, mit Kunden im Rahmen von Präsentationen und Projekt-Meetings zu kommunizieren. Dein Wissen und Können gibst du gerne an Kollegen weiter, tauschst dich aus und bereicherst so das ganze Team mit deinem Enthusiasmus und Engagement.
Arbeitszeit: 40 h / Woche

Qualifikation
WAS WIR VON DIR ERWARTEN:
- Affinität für Design, Farben und Formen
- Leidenschaft für die Konzeption von Brandings und Corporate Designs
- Beherrschung deines Print-Handwerks: Fit in Mikrotypografie, Druckvorlagen-Erstellung, Color-Management
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Programmen der Adobe Creative Cloud
- Umgang, Arbeit und Erstellung von umfangreichen Style-Guides
- Gut strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Organisationstalent und Empathie
- Teamplay: hochmotiviert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Agenturumgebung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfolgreich beendete Ausbildung im Medienbereich oder einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Studienfach (z. B. Grafikdesign)
